T.T.V. Dhinakaran is an Indian politician who was born on December 13 and  he is the founder of AMMK. He was the treasurer of the AIADMK Party and served as a member of the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. He also served as a member of the 15th TN legislative assembly from R.K. Nagar.
